 Cavalier Information

Banksia Park Cavalier King Charles Spaniels are bred based on years of breeding for health and temperament. They are not bred to any pure breed standard. We base our Cavalier selection not on their coat, tail length, ear position etc, but from a healthy lineage of parents.

Banksia Park Cavaliers are couch hogs most of the time! They are happiest when sitting in your lap or eating from your hand. They like to lounge around and are usually not one who needs a big run (although lots of walks and exercise are still great!).

Cavaliers are great for people who are less active, including retirees, and although they do shed, we find most of our customers keep them inside as they tend to love being inside so much they take over the household and refuse to leave!

Banksia Park Cavalier King Charles Spaniels come in blenheim (white and tan), tri-coloured (white, black and tan) ruby (brown all over) or black and tan. Cavaliers are a small sized dog, approximately to 8-10kg and 35cm tall to the shoulder when fully grown.
